Refund & Cancellation

At 111kart.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and returns.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Contact support immediately for cancellation requests

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped


2. Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable”


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable


5. International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
